Long Sleeves in Tops is Favored by Older Women All Year Long

Some women of the Greatest Generation (World War II era) refuse to wear any top that shows the upper arms after a certain age.

Other women of my generation, the Boomers, are less self-conscious. We even see famous, well-toned movie stars revealing bare arms at formal events covered by the papparazzi.

If one's upper arms are not well-tone, a sleeve is an esthetic choice.
