One Hanes Place: Customer Policies Unsatisfactory
My comment is not so much about the product as about One Hanes Place policies.
I have never received an invoice before that did not show where the product was shipping from nor have I seen a statement saying it would take 6-10 days to get a product but shipping US mail is why which they cannot control.
Telling people after they receive an invoice shipped standard shipping that there is no way to track it is not my ideas of customer service either. Last but not least 3-4 weeks to refund your money on a return will stop me from ordering from them again. These days people cannot afford to tie up a lot of money for that long on something they don't even have any more.
