I've always been slender and don't eat much to stay that way: a smoothie in the morning and mostly veggies at night -- that's it. A splurge here and there, but I keep an eye on the scale and take care of it if I go up 4 lbs. So at 57 I weigh less than my teens.
I had abdominal surgery and have a patch on one side so it,s not as flat as before but not really noticeable. So our bodies aren't perfectly symmetrical, so why worry about getting there.
I found shapewear didn't do much really so why bother.
Hi Robin and thank you for your response. It is interesting to find out that shapewear could not help with the symmetry. Because you are already slim, it would seem that this situation is a good test for shapewear.
Gals, I have an open mind about these products. I'd love to hear the ayes as well as the nays. Anyone finding shapewear is a good product for you? I believe Oprah was one of those who like Spanx.
